Describe a life choice you have made. What was the reason for your decision? Explain how your life has changed or will change because of the decision.

What is one of your goals? Have you achieved this goal? If you have, describe how you achieved it. If you haven’t, explain what you have done or how you plan to achieve it.

Describe a situation when you lied. Why did you lie? What was the result? How did you feel after you told the lie?

Think about a time when you helped someone. Who did you help and how? Why did you do it? How did you feel afterward?

Describe how someone successfully overcame a difficult situation. What was the situation? What had the person done before he or she succeeded? (You may write about someone famous or someone you know.)

Describe a time when you were frustrated. What was the situation? Did someone encourage or discourage you? How? Did the encouragement or discouragement work?

When do you get stressed? Describe how you manage stress in your life. Do your methods work, or do you need to find some new ones?

Describe a big change you’ve made in your life. Why did you want to make the change? How did you do it? How has your life changed?

9.

Describe a dream that you’ve had. What happened? Who or what was in it? How did you feel during and after the dream? How would you interpret this dream?

10.

Describe a fear or phobia that you have. What are you afraid of? Can you explain this fear? How does the fear or phobia affect your daily life? Or you can write about a fear or phobia you had in the past.
